The CM-5 is capable of measuring powder, paste, liquid and solid samples such as flour, syrup, alcohol, juice, milk, food colors, flavours & fragrances, powder, bio oil, bred and whey. On top of that, CM-5 can measure specialized liquid indices like Gardner, Iodine, Hazen, APHA, European Pharmacopoeia and US Pharmacopeia for applications in chemicals and pharmaceutical sectors.

It has an automatic calibration system and there’s no need to go through the calibration procedure manually. The user friendly on-screen operation wizard prompts the user to take measurement by just following the instruction shown on the large color LCD. Target data and sample data can also be downloaded onto the USB drive for analysis on a computer.

The CM-5, top notch color instrument aids many food and beverage manufacturers worldwide in their quest to ensure both their food and beverage product quality. With the precise color information, food technologists can easily and objectively determine the color quality of their food products.
