Konica Minolta Sensing Singapore is pleased to share the announcement that Radiant Vision Systems and Konica Minolta Sensing Americas have merged operations to strengthen their global sensing business and enhance support for customers worldwide.
The merger brings together Radiant’s expertise in imaging-based display and appearance measurement with Konica Minolta’s leadership in color and light measurement technologies, creating a more comprehensive portfolio of sensing solutions for industries including displays, consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing.
This integration reinforces Konica Minolta’s commitment to delivering innovative measurement solutions, expanded technical expertise, and greater value to customers around the world.

In 2019, the company acquired Eines Systems (Spain), a market leader in automobile visual inspection. Most recently, the company acquired Specim, Spectral Imaging Ltd. (Finland), a leading company in the field of hyperspectral imaging (HSI).
