Bagi produsen daging, menyediakan produk daging berkualitas tinggi bagi konsumen sangat penting dalam pasar yang kompetitif saat ini. Menilai dan menganalisis sifat intrinsik dan ekstrinsik daging merupakan kunci dalam memastikan kualitas daging.
