Bahan-bahan rasa dan wewangian terutama diuji berdasarkan rasa dan fungsi aromanya, tetapi ada parameter uji lain yang semakin penting dari tahun ke tahun \u2013 warna.<\/p>\n<p>Penekanan yang cukup besar diberikan pada penampilan produk oleh konsumen secara tidak sadar; penilaian bahkan sebelum rasa dan aroma terjadi, karena warna merupakan indikasi kualitas suatu produk. Kualitas warna produk dijaga dengan cara teknolog melakukan uji warna di laboratorium untuk menjamin konsistensi warna.<\/p>\n<p>Karena sebagian besar bahan perasa dan pewangi berbentuk cairan dan digunakan dalam jumlah kecil, umumnya diukur dalam mode transmitansi dengan instrumen warna.<\/p>\n<p>Spektrofotometer Konica Minolta <a href=\"https:\/\/sensing.konicaminolta.asia\/id\/product\/cm-5-spectrophotometer\/\">CM-5<\/a> adalah salah satu instrumen yang menawarkan kemampuan pengukuran transparan dan semi-transparan; bahkan dapat mengakomodasi pengukuran produksi yang berkelanjutan, dengan sel aliran, dudukan sel, dan sistem pengambil sampel otomatis.<\/p>\n<p>Aksesori untuk sampel cairan dalam jumlah kecil juga tersedia untuk digunakan dengan CM-5. Set Pengukuran Sel 10mm, dirancang khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam jumlah kecil dan dirancang untuk mengurangi biaya pengambilan sampel.
