Successor to the popular BC-10, the new BC-10 Plus is lightweight and easy-to-operate. With new ergonomic design and improved data management capabilities, users can monitor and control the color of baked products easily.
Evaluating color by eye isn’t easy as factors such as fatigue, individual preference and variance in color vision affect color judgement. The BC-10 Plus is able to display both the Baking Contrast Unit (BCU) and L*a*b* value to help users get their desired baked product color accurately and consistently.
