(Discontinued) LS-110 Luminance Meter
The handheld LS-110 luminance meter is one of the best available and has been categorized in the highest range of DIN quality class B. This impressive meter is powered by a 9-volt battery making it ideally conducive for work anywhere; this device has the added benefit of being lightweight and compact.
The LS-110 luminance meter has a single lens reflex (SLR) optical system with viewfinder making precision targeting intuitive while displaying exact areas of measure over a wide range of distance. This device is capable of pinpoint accuracy even with areas as small as 0.4mm in diameter. Experienced users and novices alike will appreciate this device’s ease of use.
The LS-110 luminance meter’s viewfinder and LCD screen display measured luminance values and enables the user to maintain device to eye contact while measuring an object. There is a neutral density eyepiece for more brilliant light sources and a pistol grip for a more secure hold.
The LS-110 luminance meter possesses the unique ability to measure exceptionally dark surfaces with a beginning range of 0.001cd/m2. This device also includes color correction functions and user calibration. Users have the option of implementing the standard luminance and functions that correct differences for specific light sources. Peak luminance, instantaneous luminance, and luminance ratio are all values that can set into the device. This device is design to interact with personal computers to manage data and control signals.
