The CM-5 is capable of measuring powder, paste, liquid and solid samples such as flour, syrup, alcohol, juice, milk, food colors, flavours & fragrances, powder, bio oil, bred and whey. On top of that, CM-5 can measure specialized liquid indices like Gardner, Iodine, Hazen, APHA, European Pharmacopoeia and US Pharmacopeia for applications in chemicals and pharmaceutical sectors.

It has an automatic calibration system and there’s no need to go through the calibration procedure manually.
