(Discontinued) TL-1 Illuminance Meter
The Konica Minolta TL-1 illuminance meter was crafted to be lightweight [6-3/8 ounces (180g) with the battery] and extremely portable. The TL-1 illuminance meter is easy to use and accurately measures illuminance in a wide range of applications. This device is ideal for specialized fields like interior design and electrical installation as well as generalized applications such as lighting levels for interiors spaces (office, home, schools, etc.). There are two TL models available: the TL-1(LX) which performs lux measurements for illuminance ranging from 0.1 to 19,900 lx and the TL-1(FT-C) which performs foot-candle measurements ranging from 0.01 to1,999 ft-c.
The broad measuring range of both models has been divided into a trio of smaller ranges. One range is automatically selected to ensure the best possible resolution for measured illuminance levels. Both models feature easy to read digital LCD panels that have a power-save function that automatically switches the display off after 20 seconds of inactivity.
