Specim FX Series Hyperspectral Camera
The Specim FX series features three high-speed and versatile hyperspectral cameras suitable for various laboratory and industrial applications, including machine vision and optical sorting applications. Based on the line scanning (pushbroom) technique, the Specim FX series hyperspectral cameras are able to provide non-contact, non-destructive measurement, offering reliable classification results based on the targets’ physical or chemical composition. The high frame rate of the Specim FX series hyperspectral cameras enables them to meet the industrial applications’ high-speed demand. Their robust design and small footprint allow flexible installation, even on existing machine vision systems/sorting systems.
The Specim FX Series hyperspectral cameras comprised the following three models, the Specim FX10, the Specim FX17, and the Specim FX50.
The Specim FX10 hyperspectral camera measures the visible and near-infrared (VNIR) spectral region between 400 to 1000 nm and is suitable for laboratory and industrial applications like:
• Vegetation & agriculture, including phenotyping • Food quality and safety • Color & density in printing • Display & light source inspection |
